Where is Resveratrol Derived From?

Resveratrol is a naturally occurring compound that can be derived from various sources. The standard sources of resveratrol are grapes, red grapes in particular. Long ago, the best way that one could get resveratrol is through the consumption of red wine. Conversely, resveratrol occurs in the skin of red grapes thus when wine is made from grapes, this compound ends up in the bottle.

While doctors recommend the consumption of red wine on a moderate basis, there can be side effects because one might take one too many, get drunk and not be able to do anything after that. Worse still, one can get addicted to alcohol, which is another disease altogether that you’ll have to fight. It’s due to these side effects of taking red wine that resveratrol supplements came into being.

Youtube Marketing For Small Businesses

You do not have to be an internet marketing expert to use YouTube marketing to your advantage. Many small business owners have increased their profit dramatically through simple YouTube videos. In fact, we live in a visual rich society in which our younger generations are exposed to visual and online media before they even begin to learn how to read and write.

Surprisingly, while small business owners are usually the most creative marketers, many have missed the YouTube marketing completely. According to Kelsey Groups research, YouTube is the second most popular search engine behind Google with a staggering 30 billion page views in 2009. That is more than Facebook, Myspace, or any other social network media. Perhaps, there was a great reason why Google purchased a non-profit start up called YouTube for ,6 billion back in 2006.
